Commercial Building Suppliers

The types and sizes of commercial buildings are wide ranging.  Facilities utilized for healthcare, manufacturing, offices, education, retail, hospitality, etc. range from small single site buildings to multi building campus operations. They may be owner occupied or leased. Many, regardless of size, are part of regional or national organizations. Decisions may be made locally, in another state, or even in another country.

Service needs and purchasing channels also vary by market segment. For example, hospitals may be categorized as research, community, clinics, or university. Each of these facilities may have different purchasing channels, budgets, or regulatory requirements. Service offerings and messaging must take all of these factors into consideration. Packaging the same offering to all classes of prospect will not suffice.

What all commercial buildings have in common is the need for services. They all have fire alarm systems, elevators, roofs, facilities that need cleaning, HVAC systems, security systems, equipment used in production or serving their customer base. Building owners and operators also don’t want their tenants, employees, patients, guests, or students disrupted by inoperative building systems. Evacuating a building, shutting down a manufacturing process, or the inability to deliver services to customers is unacceptable to most businesses.
